My girlfriend and I tried Angels NY Pizza before catching a movie next door, and it did not disappoint! We got the pasta, pizza and a calzone all of which were amazing. The pizza was the absolute star of the meal with genuine New York style crust and flavor. We’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to any pizza lovers in the area. We even got to meet Angel. A very nice and down to earth guy. 10/10

This restaurant is across the parking lot from my apartment complex. It used to be another Italian restaurant and we had gotten really good food from there before. But, this is the first time I've been in since it changed to Angels. I saw on their website the menu included pizza by the slice and thought it would be a great way to try the food. I sat at the small bar area. The owner (pretty sure he was the owner) greeted me immediately. He answered all of my questions and couldn't have been nicer. I ended up ordering a small Caesar salad and a slice of Supreme pizza. Everything was really good! The pizza slice was HUGE! It came out hot and the vegetables tasted fresh. I'm so sorry I haven't gone in before but I will be back. They have a great menu and a really good lunch special. I highly recommend!!

Ordered a pepperoni slice. The pizza waa very good. A little flop but the crust was very crispy. It's a light savory sauce. I prefer a sweeter sauce and more of it, but I would be happy having it again. I wish they would use a different mozzarella cheese. I didn't think there was enough nor was it chewy, all personal preference. The place is a little small but nice charm. The owner, I'm assuming, was nice and good service. The only thing that I found problematic was the parking. When I arrived, there were no spots available and had to park the next section over.

Some of the best pizza in North Texas. It’s finally a pizza place that properly seasons their food. It’s flavorful, crunchy and soft in all the right spots. And on top of that, the owner is the kindest person. I made a mistake on the online order, and he ended up giving me a whole free cheese pizza to fix it, and tried to give me free dessert and it wasn’t even their mistake. That level of kindness and generosity should to be supported by the community. Definitely give this place a shot, it’s delicious and the people are really wonderful. Support local.

Pretty good experience at Angel's. They have a wide variety of NY-style pizzas and they sell by the slice which is nice. No displays so I believe they make them to the order as it did take some time for our slice and calzone. Owner was friendly and helped with suggestions and explain certain items. We got the pineapple and Canadian bacon slice and it was enormous. Definitely a good value for the price. I thought it was good but not amazing. Not quite an authentic NY style but still good. The calzone was delicious though. Seasoned well and loaded with cheese and I added sausage which he said they use from a whole sausage. Tasted pretty fresh. All in all a pretty good experience and would definitely come back for the calzone again!
